Capstone Data operates the only satellite-verified solar property intelligence platform in the United States. We use satellite scanning technology to identify homes with existing solar panel installations and deliver fully verified property data to solar companies, roofing companies, and home services companies.
Every contact we deliver has solar confirmed on the roof, a verified homeowner, a property address, an active number that has been carrier pinged, and a real email address. Every record is also DNC scrubbed and TCPA compliant. Our data guarantee applies at the moment of delivery.
By booking a call with us at book.capstoneanchor.com and opting in to an optional SMS consent checkbox, you authorize Capstone Data to send you text messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is optional and is never required to submit a form or book a call.
Types of SMS messages you may receive:
Canceling SMS service: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to re-subscribe, simply submit the opt-in form again and we will resume sending messages.

When you purchase a data product from Capstone Data, we guarantee that every contact delivered has solar confirmed on the roof, a verified homeowner name, a property address, an active phone number that has been carrier pinged, and a real email address, at the moment of delivery. Every record is also DNC scrubbed and TCPA compliant.
If any contact in your delivered dataset fails any of these criteria at the moment of delivery, it will be replaced with our unlimited guarantee. This guarantee applies to the state of the data at delivery and does not account for natural data decay that occurs over time as phone numbers are disconnected or homeowners move.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of delivered contact data complies with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-specific telemarketing regulations.
All content on capstoneanchor.com, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Capstone Data and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Capstone Data does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific results from using our services.
